The “PostingMonster” TikTok application lets a user connect their own TikTok account and publish videos they provide. The table below describes exactly what the application receives from TikTok, why, and where it is kept.

permission. We request no other TikTok scopes, and we use granted permissions only to perform the actions described
above.Our product indexes business information that is already public: company names, websites, industries, regions, statistics and professional contact details (such as a role or generic corporate address) published by the company itself on its own website, in public registries, or in public listings. We do not buy leaked datasets, do not access non-public areas of websites, and do not compile information about private individuals for profiling or resale.
Removal requests: if you are a company or an individual and want your business contact data removed from our index, email admin@batscout.com with the domain or address concerned. We remove the entry from the database and block the domain from future collection, normally within 30 days, and we do not require you to justify the request.
We use only what is needed to run the product: a session/authentication token (browser local storage) and, for logged-in use, essential cookies. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Platform integrations (for example the TikTok login popup) set their own cookies under the platform’s own privacy policy.
We do not sell personal data. We use a small number of processors, each bound by contract and used only for the stated purpose: cloud/VPS hosting (servers located in the Netherlands, EU), email delivery for transactional messages, AI providers that generate report text from our own data, and the third-party platforms you choose to publish to (for example TikTok, X, YouTube, Pinterest — receiving only the content and account identifiers needed for the operation you requested). Where a transfer leaves the EEA/UK, it relies on an appropriate safeguard (standard contractual clauses or equivalent) with the provider.
Access to production data is restricted to the server application and to a minimal set of administrators; connections are encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS); credentials are stored hashed; exports and bulk operations are rate-limited. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not store payment card data and we delete secrets that are no longer needed.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to admin@batscout.com; we answer within 30 days. If you are in the EEA/UK you may also complain to your national data-protection authority.
The service is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below the minimum age required by the connected platform (13 for TikTok, or higher where local law requires). If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy; the version on this page, with its “last updated” date, is the effective one. Material changes affecting connected-account data are announced to registered users by email.
